Connollys have been instructed by Tawd Valley Developments Ltd to notify Ward Councillors of their intention to submit plans for 200 Affordable Homes at Cobb's Brow, Whalleys, Skelmersdale.  Incorporated in June 2018, Tawd Valley Developments Ltd (TVD) is the wholly owned development company of West Lancashire Borough Council.  With a mission to develop the highest quality new homes offering the highest value to their clients and customers and based in Skelmersdale, TVD plans and develops sites on both brownfield and undeveloped land across a range of tenures including affordable rent and open market sale.

TVD are keen to address the needs of the underserved people of West Lancashire such as larger families and the elderly by enhancing their health and well being in purpose built homes, addressing the Climate Change commitments of their shareholder on all of our current developments.
